As Senior Loan Closer, Justin Frederick is responsible for real estate loan closings, managing legal representation, and organizational legal needs.
Prior to joining Community Housing Capital, Justin spent 14 years in the banking industry. Justin started as a teller and moved on to Vice President KYC/New Accounts and Quality Control Manager at various regional midsize banks in the Orange County region of Southern California.
Since relocating to Georgia, Justin has spent the last five years with Wells Fargo as a Vice President/Team Lead, Commercial Real Estate Closing on a team specializing in LIHTC, New Market Tax Credits, and CDFIs.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
