Alan Music, Senior Underwriter
Alan Music is a Senior Underwriter for Community Housing Capital. In this role, he is responsible for the project analysis and underwriting in support of loan origination. Alan also performs annual loan reviews and other portfolio management tasks that promote effective risk management.
Prior to his role at Community Housing Capital, Mr. Music managed a $2B commercial real estate portfolio at Truist Bank. Additionally, he was responsible for the underwriting and ongoing management of New Markets Tax Credit Investments by Truist Community Capital and reporting to the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance.
Mr. Music completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. He has also been a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 2013.
